HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST Provides support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, employee counseling, timekeeping, compensations and benefits, file organization, employee relations, labor relations and others. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, employee counseling, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, file organization, employee relations, labor relations and others. Conducts the certified employee orientation programs for the purpose of ensuring employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processes as well as completion of forms. Monitor staff performance, attendance activities and compliance to company policies and procedures. Facilitates Government and Company Benefits. Processes and monitors posting of government remittances. Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or Industrial Relations. Must be excellent in written and verbal communication. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1 Full-time position available. Willing to work at AMA Lipa - Ayala Highway, Balintawak, Lipa City.
