While most of our clients are in the food industry, we service a variety of sectors, filling both white and blue collar roles. We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant for our new office in East Keillor, who will be able to grow with our company. THIS ROLE WILL SUIT AN EXPERIENCED RECRUITER, HOWEVER WE ARE ALSO OPEN TO ACCEPTING RECENT GRADUATES. This will be a FULL TIME position, commencing in early to mid March. Your Role: Managing staffing requirements in the very fast and busy labour hire industry Screening applicants over the phone Conducting large volumes of face-to-face interviews Reference, VEVO and license checks Filling casual and permanant job placements (blue and white collar roles) Conducting regular on site induction Assist in the drafting of job advertisements, short listing and selecting candidates Visiting clients and maintaining great relationships The successful candidate will have: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (mandatory) Full working rights in Australia Current drivers license Experience working in warehousing, food process or pick packing roles (desired) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks at the same time Available Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4.30pm What we have on offer: ALTON will see you rewarded with a competitive salary, company phone and 1 flexible RDO per month.
