Roles & Responsibilities Main Tasks: Draw and implement Sales Strategy for a client in heavy industries Keep as bottom line action the Sales budget and profitability expectations decided by the Management. Reports to the Sales Director Intra company interactions: Manufacturing, QA System, Customer Service, Back Office, Financial & HR department Additional Missions: 1. Territory: South East Asia China through agent network &/or subsidiaries Japan / Korea India & Pakistan Pacific, PNG 2. Management Regional Sales Manager within dedicated area Australian subsidiary Agents; Selection, Management, Renewal 3. Product Complete range of product sold Complete range of services sold 4. Functional Support to the client Continuous improvement programs of supply through Low Cost Countries Product & Services certifications within the area / customer within the area Market intelligence regarding certification and market access restrictions Product & Services portfolio management Know-how English speaking as minimum Sales Team management within your area Manage your team (agenda, holidays, back-up) Manage some direct accounts, territory Analyze sales target by account, territory, markets, Define and monitor action plans through KPI Analyze direct reports activity, activity and propose continuous improvement programs Meeting management Budget draw Business Intelligence Implement the identified sales strategy within the area Look for business opportunities & incremental developments Contribute to elaborate customer cahier des charges for future RFQ Client Ambassador for all necessary PR’ activities In charge of Payment recovery and problems solutions Savoirs Analysis Statistics Management Customer Relationship (CRM) Marketing Sales Tools Communication to public Team building & / management Trade Affairs Project Management Budget follow up Customer Account Management Planning tools Business Intelligence MS Office pack ERP International trade rules International Trade Compliances and Ethic Rules
