Then we have the position for you! Larix, an Aixial/ALTEN Group Company, is seeking to appoint a Business Manager in Copenhagen. As Business Manager, you will be responsible for further development of the business within the Pharmaceutical sector. You will be part of a team of Business Managers where you work together to make the business grow. Job / Skills Your role Your main responsibilities as Business Manager are: Prospection and sales towards new and existing clients Managing the entire recruitment process, from need to hiring Managing the group of consultants you have hired Coaching, support and career development of your consultants Budget responsibility for your Business Unit Your profile To be considered for the role as Business Manager, you are required to have a master’s degree, preferable within Life Science, as well as 1 to 5 years’ relevant experience of working within sales, recruitment or Life Science. Furthermore, you are fluent in both Danish and English, spoken as well as written. Experience of the Pharma/Life Science consultancy business is meritorious. As a person, you are committed with a strong interest in sales and business development. You appreciate challenges and have a goal-oriented mindset. You prefer working in a fast-paced and inconstant environment. In addition to this, you are good at establishing and maintaining relationships with other people. The position is located in Copenhagen but some travelling will occur, both nationally and internationally.
