We are looking for a Team Leader with a strong track record to manage our Cloud Marketplace Support team. The team is responsible of providing support for different stakeholders, from internal customers to Service Providers and Platform-as-a-service customers. Job description: Managing and leading the team of 5 customer support agents. Working closely with other internal teams, like development and integrations team. Fostering and nurturing the quality of the support, making sure that team meets the KPI targets. Handling recurring projects and making sure that time-critical tasks are done on time while existing operations are running smoothly. Handling support requests in challenging escalation situations. Keeping eyes open for any improvements e.g. in tools and processes and pro-actively suggests changes in order to improve productivity of the team. Your profile: At least 3-5 years' experience in team leading. Experience in leading a remote team. Have a ‘Can do’ and service-oriented attitude. Have good leadership and people management skills to carry people along. Fluent written and spoken English. Previous experience in leading a team in a middle of a change is a plus.
