Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Supervising and managing construction team as well as subcontractors. Ensuring tasks are properly executed and according to schedule. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analyzing construction drawings to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. Requirements Professional Certificate/NiTEC/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred. Possess certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course. Possess relevant trade certificates, eg. RES, SWCSO, MWAH, First aider certificate and etc. will be an added advantage. Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
