Job Title: Customer Contract Support Executive Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 + great benefits and working environment Location: Slinfold, West Sussex Hours: Monday- Friday 0830-1730 Do you seek ways to better the customer journey? We are looking for a Customer Contract Support Executive (Account Manager) to join AJW’s PBH (Power By the Hour) team to keep their 300 contracted aircraft flying 24/7, 365 days a year. We deal with customers around the world, from national flag carriers operating sizeable Airbus or Boeing fleets, to luxurious private jets owned by VIP’s. Working in a busy environment, you will create engaging relationships with your set contracted customer base ensuring their product order needs are met or exceeded through your exceptional customer service and account management skills. Duties Dedicated point of contact for your assigned customer, you will respond to all account matters and process all orders according to to the contract clauses Prioritising and fulfilment of contractual demands Maintain and exceed contractual Key Performance Indicators Identifying areas of improvement, whilst providing cost savings and efficiency Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer process There may be an opportunity to travel to meet with your customers You'll be fanatical about delivering exceptional customer service, aimed at providing a process that satisfies and engages our customers with our products and services. You'll quickly develop working relationships with the ability to communicate at varying levels. All of our customers are contracted and your keen eye for detail will ensure that all of your customer orders follow each contract clause set out. You may have had previous experience of working with customer contracts previously or have worked within set parameters. Working within a very busy environment, you will be highly organised with the ability to juggle heavy workloads and meeting deadlines whilst prioritising what is important and what is urgent. You'll be flexible in your approach and working style. You'll be self-motivated and will be eager to learn more about the aviation industry.
