Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Has responsibility for assisting the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, in the warehouse and laydown areas, including receiving, dispatching cargo & managing inventory. Reporting on discrepancies, shortages and damages. Providing inventory reports & performing monthly audits. Packing and unpacking, loading and unloading of goods. Measure, monitor and report on warehousing performance on a regular basis Ensure efficient use of warehouse space, manpower and equipment Management of annual stock takes, stock counting and subsequent reconciliation in the system Supporting the Management in planning and assessing Provide guidance to Management on best practices related to import/export processes, customs laws and regulations Ensure customer orders are completed, through the process from order to delivery and invoicing Liaising with transport companies/customers agents Evaluating, designing, executing, measuring and monitoring the controls of business process within the Logistics and Warehouse functions Responsible for the Import/Export Control function and the related compliance and deployment of company policies and procedures Ensure a smooth supply chain process flow for the company Lead reviews to ensure proper goods distribution activities Ensures the safe and orderly handling / loading and offloading of trucks and proper lashing of cargo Any other duties that are assigned within the course of work Provides regular updates on cargo discrepancies, shortages & damages. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Management At least 5-8 years in Warehouse Management Certification in supervisory/safety courses will be an added advantage Dependable and Reliable Data entry and computer skills may be required Able to commit a 5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri: 8:30AM-6PM | Sat: 9AM-1PM). Physically fit and is comfortable to work in non-air con environment Able to carry products weight up to 20kg – 25kg Full-Time position(s) available
