Responsibilities: - Responsible for the departmental training plan and conduct hands-on training for new recruitment. Recruit and train Spa employees in accordance with hotels/resort SOP. Responsible for employee's weekly duty schedules and staff duty charts. Perform a regular inventory of Spa par levels for retail and operational stocks. Prepare annual budget and business plan to ensure Spa operation is adequately represented. Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure proper repair and preventive maintenance works of all spa and fitness equipment. Ensure all areas of the department are kept clean and well managed at all times. Requirements: - Min. 3 years of experience as Assistant Spa & Fitness Manager in a large organization. Passionate about the Spa and Fitness industry. Demonstrate strong leadership, team and communication skills are essential. Strong working knowledge of Spa, Membership and recreational software. Job Type: Full-time Experience: Spa operation: 3 years (Preferred) hotel / resort: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Kuantan (Preferred)
