The marketing manager will be responsible for the project management and implementation of tactical marketing initiatives for AGS Health. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent cross-cultural communication skills, as well as excellent writing and copy-editing abilities. Affiliation with Salesforce.com and Hubspot is strongly desired. As this position relies heavily on working with an off-shore team, time flexibility is important. This is a remote position, so candidate must be comfortable in that environment, with the flexibility to meet during normal work hours and alternative hours as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Track the effectiveness of content to support marketing communication objectives Actively build and maintain a media database in support of upcoming PR initiatives and engage in media outreach with relevant content Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, speaking abstracts, and PR Launch campaigns via Hubspot in support of lead generation for sales and client services Support company efforts to improve brand consistency and awareness Provide ad-hoc Salesforce.com support as needed Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal personnel across all functions of the organization, cross-culturally Participate in weekly meetings; prepare agendas and minutes as needed COMPETENCIES: Self-starter that is resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple projects at one time and meeting deadlines Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results Assesses situations accurately and determines appropriate action MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related 3+ years of experience in progressive marketing communication roles. Healthcare industry experience highly preferred Fluency across multiple social media platforms Expert use of MS Office Suite PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS B2B health care marketing experience strongly preferred SF.com and Hubspot experience Knowledge of Wordpress CMS.
