Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Marketing or any other business-related course Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience as an individual contributor in a sales role. Aggressive and target-oriented Time management and planning skills Has good communication skills Can start immediately Responsibilities and Accountability: Sales Management 1.1. Set coverage plans and sales targets for Key Account Managers 1.2. Monitor performance of KAMs and Top 20% of the key accounts nationwide 1.3. Conduct field calls and training sessions with KAMs and AMAs 1.4. Review sales activities of assigned sales personnel Inventory Management 2.1. Improve inventory turnover by reviewing and adjusting inventory distribution levels and order schedules 2.2. Make distribution plans for an assigned product category 2.3. Monitor slow/non-moving inventories and recommend sale strategies/prices Product Management 3.1. Monitor relationship discount levels and recommend pricing strategies 3.2. Obtain product market share to develop sales and marketing strategies 3.3. Lead the resolution of product complaints 3.4. Recommend changes to existing product lines through market research Budget Management 4.1. Recommend operating budgets for sales and marketing 4.2.
