Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: To construct 3D model and prepare architectural shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software Prepare and coordinate Architectural services drawings for building construction Liaise with consultants on design concepts and changes Prepare architectural as-built drawings Requirements Diploma / Degree in Architecture or equivalent Hands on experience with Autocad, Autodesk Revit MEP, Revit Architecture, or other related design modelling and coordination software Completed BIM Modelling or BIM Management or similar courses Well versed in Singapore BCA BIM E-submission and guidelines Strong written and verbal communication skills Good team work
