As we continue to grow, we need a HR Business Partner to join our Team! This is a newly created and permanent full-time position, reporting to the Managing Director. This will be a key role within our organisation and the opportunity incorporates a number of accountabilities including, but not limited to: Accountable to partner with Leadership and manage the development and delivery of people projects, strategies and initiatives Research, develop and provide verbal/written advice and recommendations on how to develop our Team Members Analyse data/information, identify and develop recommendations that will help positively contribute to the resolution of complex people issues Provide internal advice and coaching for Leadership on employee relations, industrial relations, workplace agreements, awards and other human resources matters, ensuring advice supports employees and the organisation Provide advice and support on change management initiatives, organisational/departmental restructures, job design and employment contracts Evaluate, develop, improve and manage the talent management, onboarding and induction processes (this may include project managing software implementations relating to human resources), in consultation with key stakeholders Coordinate workplace initiatives, relating to health and wellbeing (including mental health), workplace flexibility and work-life balance, with a focus on employee retention Apply and maintain a high level of human resource management subject matter knowledge, experience and skills Work collaboratively in a team-based environment, actively participate and contribute to team meetings, whilst positively influencing the work area to achieve individual, team, departmental and business objectives alike Work with key stakeholders to develop Company policies, procedures and processes Maintain employee records and relevant Company documentation relating to human resources To succeed in this role, we would expect you to have the following knowledge, capabilities and qualities including: Tertiary education qualifications in human resources or another relative discipline is essential Experience performing in a similar role or delivering comparable work for a minimum of 3+ years Highly developed administration capabilities coupled with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills Comfortable with IT systems and learning new software Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Great interpersonal skills and a strong sense of self awareness Ability to engage and influence people A great problem solver and critical thinker who uses sound initiative and judgement Able to identify and execute priorities with a sense of urgency A strong work ethic and high standards which is reflected in your quality of work, attention to detail and ability to deliver A positive and genuine team player who enjoys working collaboratively but also independently So, what will you get out of this?
