Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing maintenance efforts across an organisation. Manages maintenance activities for the upkeep of buildings, landscapes, and offices. Oversees a range of custodial and maintenance activities. Resolves problems as they arise whether directly or by assembling teams to solve those issues. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team in maintenance facilities department to ensure the facility services and equipment are working in a good conditions Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan preventive maintenance, budget requirements and capex expenditures Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Safety Policy Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and response according to service level agreement on any issues Liaise with various authorities pertaining to maintenance of facility lifts, firefighting equipment, fire certifications and other statutory requirements To maintain proper records and documentation on all issues pertaining to operation and management of building Requirements: Chargeman A1 or A4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) Knowledge in Electric Supply Act, Electricity Regulations is essential Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate with all level of people Resourceful and can work with minimum supervision Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English Location: AEON Big Ampang Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,900.00 to RM2,500.00 /month Experience: landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
