Learn more at www.adm.com. JOB DESCRIPTION An opportunity has arisen for a Development Scientist based in Avonmouth, UK. The successful candidate will implement gristing and development projects primarily for flour applications, but also in support of other ADM European divisions. The main duties of this role will include: Provide support in the gristing responsibilities for R & D Manager Complete agreed projects on time Assess grists and new wheat varieties through valid experimentation Use available equipment for dough and finished product assessment Report projects at each achievement stage to Technical Centre management Use own and others knowledge to provide solutions to development problems Provide technical advice to sales and technical management Develop objective tests for cereal and bakery products THE CANDIDATE The successful candidate will possess the following: Food Science / chemistry degree Preferably two years food industry experience Computer literate Knowledge of statistics Report writing Job Type: Full-time Education: Bachelor's (Required)
