We are currently looking for a Senior Business Transformation Architect for one of our opportunities in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities: Analysis and development of business success "critical success factors"; Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training; Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities; Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities; Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring); Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders; Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions. Other Requirements: Experience facilitating business process modelling workshops and exercises to identify procedural, decision flow and information / artefact requirements and establish roles and responsibilities; Experience with documentation and analysis of process models, workflow diagrams, metrics, organizational structures, roles and responsibilities matrices, continuous improvement strategies, artefact templates, Service Level Agreements, Operation Level Agreements, Memorandum Of Understandings, stakeholder communications and presentations; Experience with provision of advice on critical business success factors as they relate to business transformation; Ability to provide advice on how to structure the support for clients in the transition to the transformed environment; Ability to participate in inter-organizational business and technical negotiations and creating/providing presentations for the launch of each stakeholder initiative.
