An excellent opportunity to join one of the world’s leading manufacturer of hotel cosmetics, selling luxury and eco-friendly toiletries and dispensers into the hotel sector. We are an international company with a head office in Germany, please note this role will be based within our 'Bedford, UK' office. We are looking for a 12 months maternity cover for a Customer Service Administrator. The successful applicant will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling customer and account related queries via both email and over the phone and helping to develop an excellent customer service department.. They will be driven, positive and passionate with a strong work ethic, alongside an ability to operate independently. Applicants must have a proven track record for working within a succesful customer service role. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
