Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Key person in setting up and upkeep of clinical/medical protocols pertaining to patient needs, from onboarding to discharging. Lead and oversee the nursing care, standards and operations across our day care centres. Leading a team of Healthcare Assistants in the care of patients. Ensure compliance with government regulatory, professional and organisational requirements. Establishing and managing stock levels of consumables. Ensuring accurate and timely update of patient information based on changes in condition. Working closely with other healthcare professionals on planning patient ICP, care and safety in the centre. Responsible for the recruitment and development of nursing and care personnel. Keep abreast of latest developments in the field of nursing. Designing and driving improvement opportunities that help to link with international best practices that optimise productivity and promote patient safety. Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations on incidents and preventive actions. Assist to plan and take in the centres' activities. Provide general support to the organisation's initiatives and other departments where required. Any other ad hoc tasks. Requirements: Minimum Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Must be a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board with a clean disciplinary record (nurses on conditional licence may not apply for this role). ILTC experience (nursing homes, day care, etc) would be highly advantageous. Experience working with elderly in the community would be good to have. Proficency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT would be ideal. 5-days work week. Rotational weekends may be required depending on patient needs. Ability to speak local dialects would be preferable.
