Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Office operation: l Manage office supplies l Ensure proper documentation of important contracts/documents l Coordinate internal and external meeting l Create invoice for business needs: claim, payment, etc. 2) Sales admin. support l Manage external parties (courier, clinic/hospital) in specimen handling and logistic l Create invoice and track payment from clients l Create sales orders at ERP system 3) Other duties as assigned by the management Requirements: At least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent 2 years or above working experience in office Support or customer service is preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English Able to read and speak in Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage. Hard working, willing to learn, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, positive thinking and a good team player. Computer knowledge in MS Word & Excel is required.
