The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience: · Be proactive and have a positive outlook on life · Willing to go the extra mile · Be customer oriented · Big heart · A can do attitude · Outgoing and confident · Friendly and warm · Goal orientated, team player and is self-motivated · Has a professional & presentable appearance · Demonstrates personal initiative · Is detail oriented in recording and maintaining customer information and data · Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, time management and organizational skills · Good Telephonic skills · Excellent basic grammar skills · Problem solver Main Functions: · Represent our company’s products and services to contractors, architects, engineers and developers. · Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics · Generate leads and build relationships · Develop and implement territory plan · Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities · Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered · Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals · Achieve sales goals · Personal integrity · Proven sales success rate Requirements: · Excellent at admin and follow through - organised person with attention to detail Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar position Excellent negotiating skills Willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time NO PHONE CALLS NOR WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!
