1. To develop the branding and marketing plan and budget for the company guiding the company’s overall strategic marketing direction; 2. To manage the marketing budget; 3. To manage the marketing activities of all offices including: Digital marketing and Social media; Database Management & loyalty program, including club membership in the near future; Offline marketing such as advertising, PR and events; 4. Marketing activities could be managed through marketing executives or external professional agencies 5. To manage and develop the marketing executives of all offices; 6. To gather feedback from the Sales Team and develop other channels to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities & re-calibrate the marketing plan; 7. To work with the product team to effectively support the product strategy The Person 1. Experience in managing Asia regional marketing and China preferably; 2. Experience in Digital Marketing 3. Experience Travel or Luxury service industry preferred; 4. Ability to engage in Strategic planning process; 5. Project management skills; 6. Leadership and management skills; 7. Degree Holder and above.
