Roles & Responsibilities In-charge of the accounts of the company; Liaise with Banks, treasury matters, cash-flow projection and monitoring. Enforce the facilities to make sure the smooth execution of the projects, and contribute to the development of the company; Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing. In-Charge of corporate tax. Forecasting and Budgeting; Liaise with auditors, corporate secretaries, tax agents, and senior management; Manage financial and management reporting; Internal control assessment and improvement; Set up the accounting structure; Responsible for accounting functions for whole company’s operation; Handle full set of accounts; Bank & Petty cash reconciliation, debtors and creditors reconciliation; GST submission; Generate yearly audit schedules and liaise with auditors on related issues; Handle fix assets Management; Update incoming funds, receipts, & cash book; Handle admin activities;
