and Duties: § Plans, creates and manages Landscape Architectural design that is well considered, safe, functional, technically accurate and as creative as possible with respect to client’s briefs, without compromising on the laws and regulations of that given area where the construction will be undertaken. § Prepare client presentations by designing multiple concept design alternatives for the client and assist the Project Manager (PM) in presentation deliveries to receive approval on the concept design. § Develops design solutions and prepares high quality presentation drawings, renderings, 3D models and animations. § Develops design solutions, high quality (graphic) presentation drawings, and technical packages from concept design, through design development, final design to tender, Construction documents, models and 3D models and animations. § Develops well resolved, innovative, and creative conceptual design of the Landscape Architectural elements of an assigned project. § Reports status of assigned projects and all circumstances that could effect projects or clients to senior management. § Select, analyzes and reports on the suitability of materials, techniques and/or difficult coordination requirements. § Develop detailed working drawings for the project that will include site sections, detailed sections, material description, setting out layouts § Coordinate effectively with other architects and engineers throughout project lifecycles (planning, concept, preliminary, final etc.); review and understand their drawings and specifications to ensure that adequate provisions in the landscape designs are made based on the designs provided by the other sections. § Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines, customer service and the sales engineer. § Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge in Landscape Architectural discipline and broad knowledge of other design disciplines (Urban Planning / Architectural / Engineering). § Makes site inspections to assigned projects independently, assists with material approvals and construction approvals to ensure highest level of finish is achieved and to ensure that it adheres to original plans. § May participate in marketing presentations and client meetings. § Responsible of recruiting team members based on the company standards and guidelines. § Responsible of communicating with the international nurseries to provide new plants to the local market based on the local environment and humidity. § Completes other duties as assigned.
