ABI (UK) Limited is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of Award-Winning Caravan Holiday Homes and Twin-Unit Homes. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our existing Sales team. The main objective of the post will be to administrate the entire sales process from start to finish, whilst maintaining a consistently professional service both internally and to our external customer network. Duties will include order entry/processing, distributing reports, generating invoices and credit notes, acknowledging customer orders, liaising with Field Sales Managers, managing despatch allocations for national customers, attending to brochure enquiries and requests for promotional materials and producing bespoke reports for senior management. To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a similar administrative role. The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, the ability to priorities your workload and complete routine tasks accurately and with attention to detail. You must be able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines. You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English and be fully conversant with Microsoft packages. Hours of work will be 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-4.30pm Friday.
