Two no experience necessary / entry level roles available. They would suit a young person just starting their working life or a career changer looking to learn about lettings, property management, planning and sales. Your duties and opportunities will include: · Marketing and Advertising: designing adverts, writing copy, posting and promoting on social media. There may also be an opportunity to assist our photographer and videographer. · Receiving and processing applications. · Checking tenant’s references. · Filing and Signing contracts. · Complete various ad-hoc administrative tasks. · Research vendors, opportunities and changes in the law and presenting your findings to management. · Ensuring all tenant/landlord details are up to date Essential Skills: · Having excellent spoken and written English communication skills · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. · Organisation – must be able to prioritise many competing demands on your time. · Being punctual and presentable. · Maintaining an excellent professional manner with clients. · Being pleasant to work with. Ability to speak Romanian or Russian would be an advantage but not essential.
