Position: Recruiter (LHR) We are seeking an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. The primary focus of this position is to complete hiring targets within deadline, creativity and staying current on innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to achieve all elements of the recruiting cycle. Responsibilities Manage sourcing and recruitment for throughout the company. Must have proven experience of hiring at different level. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives. Adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting. Experience in sourcing through different channels and seek new sourcing options and develop creative ways to sourcing and hiring right candidates. Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management and diversity sourcing. Job Specification 1-2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience Excellent collaboration skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Qualification: BS/MS/MBA Interested candidates email your resume.
