The Role & Key Responsibilities We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team on a full time, permanent basis as a Regional HR Advisor covering locations in the South and Eastern UK.. We are a small, busy and fun team of four, supporting c400 manufacturing and logistics people across 13 UK sites. The main focus of our new team member will be to provide ongoing coaching and support to line managers on any HR topic including their site strategies, employee engagement, recruitment, individual performance, absence and how we work together to achieve and improve performance. You must be up-to-date with employment policy, pragmatic and have sound judgement in your advice and be confident in employee relations. An important part of this opportunity is being able to spend three days per week out and about building relationships and developing our teams in sites throughout the South and East of the UK (Cullompton, Uffculme, Grimsdyke, Enstone, Bury and Walsingham).
