To help us achieve this, we are seeking two talented individuals to join our Customer Support team. You may be surprised to know, but, we are not your typical support team. In 2019 we handled over 160,000 contacts across our telephone, email, live chat and social media platforms in addition to supporting and adding value to our Customer Services division. What exactly will you be doing? As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be part of a dedicated team of expert communicators handling incoming calls from our customers looking to speak to a professional member of our team. Dealing with enquiries and assisting our customers with their needs, you'll be enthusiastic, confident and an excellent communicator both verbally and written. But that’s not all, as a Customer Support Advisor you are far more than just a front line advisor. You'll also be responsible for contributing towards the achievement of our business plans, helping identify new ways of working and contributing towards initiatives and projects all whilst delivering at pace. What experience would it be good to have? We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience to join us: Experience working within a customer support or similar environment dealing with enquiries over the phone and via email Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills An emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve the customer experience A positive attitude and approach to work in line with our company values Naturally empathic and caring putting both our customers and the business at the heart of what we do Competent typing and computer navigation skills and the use of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as the use of a customer database Previous experience of working with live chat and social media would be highly advantageous but is not essential. What can you expect in return? Salary: £23,000 Hours: We are open Monday - Friday 9.00-5.00, working 35 hours per week. Whilst we are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays, a flexible approach is expected to support business needs.
