Our client in the Large Insurance sector requires a Compass Configurer / Systems Analyst for a 9 months contract. The overall purpose of the role is to Build Configurable solutions on Compass; Test the solution and write functional specifications for this solution. Key requirements: Build a configurable solution on Compass based on business requirements Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management Facilitates/participates in design review sessions Training of users and troubleshooting any issues that arise Investigate system problems and correct them Creating functional and technical specifications Provide technical support to business users Review test plans and the test book for each project release before User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Conduct systems testing to ensure that the design was aligned and designed according to the technology business requirement specifications Provide support for system testing Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Basic Requirements: Formal Business Analysis qualification Min 5 years’ experience of business requirements analysis Compass configuration at least 3-5 years Experience in the insurance industry would be a distinct advantage
