Duties & Responsibilities: Preparation & drafting of M&E / Technical drawings for projects and tender submissions Understand the M&E structures, drawings Work closely with relevant parties on designing for the project and tender submissions Ensure drawings adhere to code/standard and compliance requirements Monitor modeling/updates drawings Inform the Project Manager on any changes Perform site-measurements, site supervision Check the current site job progress within the schedules Prepare materials and take charge of the whole project Coordinate with vendors, end-users and colleagues Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice & safety, risk assessment regulations Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Engineering Minimum 3-year experience in M&E Drafting Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM Familiar with the Singapore BCA Standard Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines Good communication & written skills Work with initiative & independently A keen eye for details Project management skill Job Type: Full-time Experience: Drafting: 1 year (Preferred) AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
