Responsibilities: Co-ordinate with forwarder, vendors and different departments to monitor shipment schedules Handle daily logistics arrangement including booking of freight, B/L preparation, and customs formalities as necessary Manage shipment info to enable visibility of shipment Coordinate inbound containers unloading into Hong Kong warehouse Coordinate warehouse outbound trucking arrangement as necessary Manage forwarders to ensure desired service level Conduct freight rate and schedule enquiry, benchmark and propose best shipment mode Co-ordinate with vendors/forwarders for cargo pick up Support supervisor on any ad hoc task/projects as necessary Requirements: F.7, Diploma or above in Logistics Management or related discipline Min 1 years related working experience Hands-on computer applications, e.g., Word, Excel Strong sense of responsibility Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Experience of using SAP will be an advantage Fresh graduated will also be considered Work location: Chai Wan We Offer Career advancement opportunities Attractive remuneration package Key Performance Incentive Bonus 5-day work week and bank holiday Annual leave and birthday leave Company medical, accidental and life insurance Friendly working environment Interested candidates please click "Apply Now" to submit your resume and covering letter together with availability, current and expected salary details.
