A-MAX's medical plans cover primary and/or specialist visit. 3. The comprehensive vision plan includes coverage for frames, lenses, contact lenses, eye exams with dilation (as necessary), retinal imaging, discounts on laser vision correction, etc. 4. Two comprehensive dental plans with coverage for diagnostic and preventive care (e.g., exams and cleanings, scaling and polishing, x-rays and lab tests, etc., all with no coinsurance or copay), oral treatments and orthodontic care. Paid vacation & holidays 1. A-MAX Auto Insurance provides its eligible full-time employees with paid time off (PTO) to show the Company’s appreciation for its employees and as a way for employees to renew and refresh themselves. *The amount of PTO provided is dependent on position and tenure. A-MAX Auto Insurance observes the holidays as listed below: - New Years Day - Memorial Day - Fourth of July - Labor Day - Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Day Company Provided benefits 1.
