The ideal candidate is someone who has a way with words and is able to create compelling content marketing copy that cuts through across our various digital channels. You’ll have a knack for writing great copy that performs well in search engines, social media marketing and in EDMs. Your work will involve copywriting for content marketing, blog writing, product descriptions and customer support script writing. The internship will give you great practical industry experience in a fast-paced rideshare tech company. You’ll be joining our marketing team who will teach you nifty tricks to help you develop your skills as a writer or pursue a marketing career path. Your key responsibilities will be to provide high quality content covering: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Email campaigns Content Marketing (including blog writing) Copywriting for products Content for landing pages Social Media Marketing Script writing for customer support Who are you? Excellent written communication skills Have strong attention to detail Some proven ability to write within the context of brand guidelines. Knowledge of basic SEO elements Some previous experience using WordPress CMS to build and create content Strong interpersonal skills Able to take a collaborative approach in engaging with different parts of the business. Effective time-management skills Excellent knowledge of the English language Excellent spelling, punctuation & grammar Highly creative, imaginative and skilled in writing concise, clear copy Great sense of humour and passion for tech is a perk!
