Position Title: Real Estate Coordinator Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt; Full-time Reports To: Director of Business Development Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, B.A., or related disciplines preferred, but not required. Minimum Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in Real Estate, Accounting & Finance or other analytical capacity. Essential Functions: The Real Estate Coordinator contributes to 85°C's success by providing property management functions including property troubleshoot and coordinate with property owner and assist in monitoring real estate project timeline. Working in a fast-paced environment balancing any priorities that will change from time to time. Required Skills and Abilities 1 Strong attention to detail. Work successfully under pressure; resourceful self-starter. Strong attention to detail and has the ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Have outstanding communication skills (written/verbal). Ability to handle a varied set of projects and carry negotiations to a successful conclusion. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities with above average interpersonal and customer service skills. Item Job Duties Overall support of one or more real estate managers, including cost estimation, paperwork and administrative support. Act as a point of contact for property management and general lease administration. Assist in monitoring Business Development division’s internal deadlines. Effectively communicate our Company’s goals with outside parties e.g. Ownerships, Property Management, Third Party Vendors; as well as providing guidance and timeline on project completion statuses. Perform special project as needed and manage/coordinate new initiatives within the Business Development division.
