Work Experience 5-7 years of experience in software testing. Well versed in all kind of testing concept and hands-on doing functional and regression testing of applications. Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, IOT is required and prior experience with HVAC is preferred. Work with Web, firmware developers and validation engineers. Test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements. Prove for scalability and performance of a software. Good to have experience in test automation. Knowledge of scripting language like Python. Takes responsibility for end-to-end delivery. Provides quick response stakeholders and resolve the issues within committed SLA. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and all levels. Participate in publishing Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reports. Should be open to stretch beyond normal working hours in case situation arises. Should have experience of working in an Agile, fast-paced environment Fearless - not afraid to suggest or back big ideas however disruptive they may be Excellent knowledge in testing skills (Test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, verifying bugs) Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Great interpersonal and communication skills Qualifications BE/BTech with 60% marks throughout academic career. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
