The successful applicants will have: A minimum of 2 years' experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry Experience in function booking and coordination Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage Cash handling experience Advanced verbal and written communication skills Res-diary experience an advantage Current RSA certificate Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster We're looking for the right applicant who is passionate about the industry and values being part of a supportive team.
