Roles & Responsibilities Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager Reporting to: Restaurant Manager The Role: Manage the crew which includes rostering, regular coaching, communications and ensuring staff happiness Manage day to day operations that includes the highest safety and hygiene standards compliant with regulations Create a customer experience that delivers the promise of the 4Fingers brand.
