We place a great deal of emphasis on high standard modern presentation, and are currently seeking a passionate individual to undertake the 'Restaurant Manager' role within our dynamic team. In other words, we are looking for someone who will share our passion for good food & wine, as well as the drive to be the best in the industry. Full-time position available. You will be part of the floor managers team responsible for opening and closing of the restaurant, working with and leading a large floor team, and continuously training and monitoring staff performance. Skills and experience Experience working with and leading a large team Ability to teach and direct staff Genuine passion for customer service Italian food and wine knowledge Forward thinker Great problem solving and communication skills A well organised self starter Great attention to detail A lead by example attitude Results driven individual Italian speaking - Advantageous. You will need to be available to work a rotating seven day roster, including nights and weekends.
