The position offers a base salary with annual bonus, medical and life insurance and paid leaves. Job Description & Key Responsibilities: Development: Proofreading copy to make sure it is ready for development. Making sure everything mentioned in the development checklist is fulfilled. Following all the development standards. Developing within the timeline provided. Being proactive with question or concerns that would act as blockers and voicing them out. Reviewing the courses vigilantly making sure there are no errors. Multimedia: Editing, manipulating images to align with the content. Creating storyboards for visual references. Creating artwork & assets for animation. Developing animations using the principles of animation. Use motion and animation techniques to bring instructional storyboards to life. Animating 2D and 3D characters. Using rules of editing for Audio & Video editing. Problem-solving in scripting, performance and optimization of Flash projects (for legacy courses). Efficient and creativity in code. Creating your own libraries/code to help in future projects. Required Skill Set: Microsoft Word and Excel Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Implementing innovative techniques and features. Ability to adopt new tools and technologies. Ability to work on multiple platforms. Multitasking. Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment with adaptability to change. Required Behavioral Traits: Working closely with other developers and animators on projects ensuring peer-to-peer sharing of knowledge and practices. Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to take initiative. Must be highly organized, result oriented and self-motivated. Attention to detail, accuracy and speed are required for completion of every project. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Ability to stay calm and perform well under stressful conditions. Ability to meet critical deadlines and follow up and follow through project schedules. Qualification & Experience Requirement: Bachelor's in media sciences, equivalent degree in Multimedia, Design & Animation from a reputable institution. Any other areas of study providing similar skill sets and experience can be also considered. Must have at least 1 year of working experience in multimedia designing. Working proficiency of Adobe suite and MS office suite is a must. Experience of e-commerce industry would be a plus.
