As interior designer you will manage the various projects of the organisation from design to handover. The projects will include commercial and residential interior projects. Responsibilities and Duties Roles and Responsibility: 1. To interact with the clients to understand their requirement for interior works 2. Prepare the autoCAD designs and 3D designs as necessary 3. Prepare the detailed BOQ and estimated budget for the projects 4. Manage the project through the entire project cycle 5. Assist in the appointment of the vendors for the projects 6. Prepare working drawings and issue to the vendors 7. Brief the vendors about the design and manage any changes in the design 8. Manage the project timelines to ensure timely completion of the project Qualifications and Skills 1. Should have completed a diploma or Bachalors in interior designing or Architecture 2. Experts in AutoCAD, google Sketch up, 3D max, MS office 3. Excellent communication skills and attention to details 4. Efficient management of vendors 5.
