We are a top boutique fitness studio in Central London. We currently have 6 soon to be 7 gyms in Zone 1 and are on the hunt for a Technical Support Engineer. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. Reactive work and PPM Gym maintenance and facilities maintenance Responsible for certain systems gathering reports of any faults raised, such as AHUs/FCUs - filter orders, coil cleans. Ongoing monitoring and maintaining systems across the clubs, including asset updates. Review O&Ms to ensure that equipment is being maintained as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Carry out weekly checklist for all clubs and report back or conduct resolution. Following procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to Facilities Manager. Determine equipment disposition and various technical issues relating to equipment commonly across all clubs. Confirm quality of work carried out by contractors meets Maintain and monitor facilities stock and tools across sites Assist with computer based technical drawings Assist with computer modelling and 3D renders Assist with bespoke design Contact, chase and monitor on going contract works to ensure jobs are completed to a satisfactory level Following procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to Facilities Co-Ordinator Benefits: Free or subsidised travel Subsidised gym membership Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £26,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year Experience: maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
