What to do: defines overall strategy for the Testing Unit coordinate QA resources, make staffing and developing QA engineers take part in establishing key processes and documentation. Ensure adherence to testing practices and processes develop technical capabilities in testing area (Test Management, Test Automation, etc.) at the company level improve efficiency and velocity of testing activities collaborate with QA Leads and QA Managers to define and institutionalize ongoing quality improvement practices implement and Track quality assurance metrics for all QA activities across the company feedback gathering, estimating and analysis of QA members performance, salary, and performance review contributes to company-wide testing activities, if needed represents the Unit towards the customers/POs/PMs for testing topics works with the customers/POs/PMs on joint testing approach to be a driver for sharing QA related knowledge across the Units and Projects in the organization What we need: 5+ years of experience in software development as a QA/Test Manager 2+ years of experience at Management position (10+ subordinates) ability to efficiently handle multiple programs with aggressive schedules solid technical aptitude and strong process thinker expert of QA processes, techniques, approaches, methodologies and software development lifecycle, and ability to apply the knowledge into daily operation experience working with multiple projects understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering practices well-developed communication skills to have solid people management/development skills fluency in English is required university degree within industry related field of study or equivalent working experience: Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT disciplines ISTQB certification (desirable) Required technical skills: experience with Test Management System and test metrics experience with Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket experience with Git or another DVCS experience with at least one programing language (JavaScript, SQL, etc.) experience with web-services and architecture: XML, SOAP, WSDL experience with of in Tomcat/JBoss/WebSphere/ Rest API and JSON technologies Our Bank and project offer a culture and environment where everyone has a possibility of making changes on a bigger scale, taking on challenges while developing oneself professionally and personally on a daily basis.
